Overview
Currently the MP for Riding, Devon was wounded during a stint in the King's Own Borderers regiment of the army. His leg has been crippled ever since. He has a particular interest in the doing sof the Royal Sky Fleet, and feels that the Admiralty, and First Sea Lord Fisher especially, are doing it great harm in the name of tradition.
His older brother, Spencer, is the current heir to the Duchy of Devonshire.

The King's Own Borderers became the King's Own Scottish Borderers in 1887, and was recruiting from the Scottish-English border, rather than Sussex, from 1805. Why would the second in line to the seat of Devonshire serve in that regiment?
