"CAP'N! THE GUN IS JAMMED! (Canon Malfunction)
While from an official source, it is not clear if this continues to be part of the official Canon of Leviathans. Accordingly, Leviathans Wiki will treat it as "possibly apocryphal" unless and until an official declaration is made.

HML Python was a destroyer in the Royal Sky Fleet.

History[]

On 8 September 1900, the HML Renown and the HML Python ambushed the French cruiser Intrépide as it was answering a distress call from a French maritime merchant vessel. Badly damaged in the first volley, the Intrépide nonetheless was able to damage and drive off both vessels.[1]

Historical Notes[]

The submarine HMS Pandora was originally named Python, but seems to share only the name with the leviathan.

Canonicity[]

The sole source for the HML Python is Intrépide (story), which is of uncertain canon status. See the canonicity section of that page for details.
